Apart from its informative aspect of the www.lemnoswinetrails.gr, this website sells services of wine tasting to customers over the age of 18 years.

 

 

 

Terms and conditions regarding wine tasting packages

 

Customers

 

Customers willing to buy and attend a wine tasting experience provided by the company “Nikolaos S. Konstantaras” must be at least 18 years old.

 

 

Pricing

All prices provided are on a per person basis, unless otherwise stated, and they include local taxes.

Wine tastings are also offered on a private basis if some customers ask for that and in this case the charge per person is different.

Prices do not personal expenses or personal insurance.

Our prices are subject to change without notice. Customers that have already made a purchase are not obliged to pay the difference in case of an increase in prices. Lemnos Wine Trails are not liable for refunding the difference in the case of price reduction.

 

Booking & Confirmation

Every customer is responsible for providing accurate information when buying a wine tasting service. When such a purchase has been made, customers will receive a confirmation letter via email. This document must be saved as evidence of purchase and be presented on the day of the wine tasting. “Nikolaos S. Konstantaras” reserves the right to refuse service to any customer without a confirmation letter.

 

Payment

Wine tastings offered through the website www.lemnoswinetrails.gr are booked either via Paypal or bank transfer. Upon receipt of the payment, a confirmation email is sent to the customer by info@lemnoswinetraisl.gr. This confirmation letter must be printed, as proof of purchase, and be presented on the day of the wine tasting.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Lemnos Wine Trails allow for the eventuality that a customer may need to change or cancel an agreed service. Changing the date of a wine tasting will incur no extra charge, providing notification is received at least 2 days prior to the scheduled wine tasting and providing other are dates available.

Otherwise, our cancellation policy applies.

  • More than four days prior to the scheduled wine tasting: Full refund, excluding 10% for credit card fees
  • 2-4 days prior to the scheduled wine tasting: 50% fund
  • 24hrs prior to the scheduled wine tasting: No refund
  • No show: No refund

Refunds will be returned within 10 days of the cancellation date.

In case “Nikolaos S. Konstantaras” need to cancel a wine tasting package, any payments will be fully refunded.

 

Punctuality

Customers should adhere to the time on their confirmation email. If a customer does not arrive on time, “Nikolaos S. Konstantaras” will consider this a no-show and no refund will be provided.

 

 

Privacy Policy

 

Any collection of personal data (name, address, email address, telephone number, etc.) by lemnoswinetrails.gr is done with the sole purpose of allowing the purchase of a wine tasting package as well as in order to improve communication and customer service. Entering such data by our customers constitutes their written consent for use for the above purposes. Lemnoswinetrails.gr will never rent, sell or forward the personal data of its customers to any 3rd party for any reason whatsoever.

 

e-NEWSLETTERS

Customers/users of lemnoswinetrails.gr sometimes may receive information, news or invitations to events related to Lemnos Wine Trails wine tasting services via e-mail (e-newsletters). They can choose at any time to stop receiving this e-newsletter by sending us an email to info@lemnoswinetrails, containing the word “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line.

Users of the website lemnoswinetrails.gr must agree with the following conditions of use, which cover the entire content of the site (texts, graphics, images, photographs, files).


  1.  The content of the site is property of “Nikolaos S. Konstantaras” and is covered by the provisions of Law 2121/1993, as currently in force, and by those of the international conventions on protection of intellectual property to which Greece is a signatory.

  2.  Access to the site is free of charge.

  3.  It is the responsibility of all users of the site to abide by the provisions of the legislation on intellectual property, as currently in force.

It is strictly prohibited to make any use by way of sale, modification, reformatting, republication, uploading, transmission or redistribution, publication, execution, dubbing, mirroring, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise, of part or all of the material on the site, without the prior written consent of “Nikolaos S. Konstantaras”.

The above terms and conditions of use of the website, as well as any amendment, change or alteration in the said terms and conditions, are subject to Greek law, the law of the European Union and the relevant international conventions. Any provision of the above terms that should prove to be contrary to the law shall automatically cease to have force and shall be removed from these terms without any detriment to the force of the other terms and conditions. These terms constitute the entirety of the agreement between “Nikolaos S. Konstantaras” and the user of the website pages and services. They are not binding on any other parties. No amendment of these terms shall be acknowledged or form part of this agreement unless formulated in writing and included in the said agreement.
